The ICHF is a joint initiative between the National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU) and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). It is the world’s first institutionalization of the application of forensic science to humanitarian crises. The ICHF is envisioned as a global one-stop Centre of Excellence for high-quality and sustainable capacity-building, research, and innovative projects that will be at the core of operational responses to humanitarian crises and mass fatality events.
