We are the collective of Families of Acapulco Searching for their Disappeared, A.C. As of December 2020, we are 263 families who are searching for our missing relatives, and this is our story.
It all began on that dreadful day when our loved one disappeared. Since that day, we all embarked on an unwavering search journey that continues to this day. We have endured countless hours and days of uncertainty and sorrow. We have had to tread many paths, knock on many doors, make numerous calls, and search every face around us for that beloved one who vanished without a trace.
We have searched for our loved ones with profound desperation, anguish, and at times, despair. This has been made possible by the memory of our missing family members, the support of our relatives and friends, and our faith in God, which gives us the strength to carry on this search.
