The Euro-Mediterranean Federation against Enforced Disappearances (FEMED) brings together, within the region, 27 member associations which are committees of families of the disappeared and NGOs fighting against enforced disappearances. It strengthens exchanges of experience between associations of families of the disappeared from the European Union, Eastern Europe and the Maghreb - Middle East and contributes to putting a definitive end to the phenomenon of enforced disappearances in the Euro-Mediterranean region.
