The document contains the three Declarations adopted by Heads of Government of the Berlin Process partipants at the Western Balkans Summit held in London in 2018. The 'Joint Declaration on Missing Persons in the Framework of the Berlin Process' welcomes the pledge by the Berlin Process participants concerned to account for those who went missing during the conflicts on the territory of the former Yugoslavia and to investigate the circustances of their disappearance, and to bring perpetrators justice, which are detailed in 9 specific commitments.
