The present Restoring Family Links (RFL) Strategy for the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement 2020–2025 follows up on the previous RFL Strategy for the Movement 2008–2018. All components of our global Movement recognize the crucial importance of the RFL services for people in need around the world, the unique contribution our network can provide to respond to these needs and the challenges the Movement is facing. It also includes a selection of relevant legal references. The aim of the five-year strategy is to improve the services provided by the Movement's Family Links Network in meeting the needs of people separated from their families.
