ICMP launched a series of activities in 2013 and 2014 designed to begin a dialogue on the legacy of the missing persons process in the Western Balkans region and the role of families in this process. These activities included three innovative workshops that explored ways of articulating, sharing and coming to terms with issues related to missing persons.
This report describes the activities and the results of the three workshops.
