Decree No 45 of 6 October 2004 creating the Interinstitutional Commission for the Search for Missing Children as a Consequence of the Armed Conflict in El Salvador

This Law creates the 'Interinstitutional Commission for the Search for Missing Children as a Result of the Armed Conflict in El Salvador'. The Commission aims at gathering public institutions involved in or responsible for child protection with the view to searching for children who were involuntarily separated from their families and contributing to family reunification, on the basis of the best interests of the child.
