An Act for the holding of Inquests by a Coroner in the Republic of Zambia in cases where there is reasonable cause to suspect that a person has died either a violent or an unnatural death, or in prison or in police custody, or in any place or circumstances which, in the opinion of the coroner, makes the holding of an inquest necessary or desirable.
