ICRC Missing Persons Global Community

The Missing Persons Global Community is a virtual space created by the ICRC Missing Persons Project in 2019 to encourage global discussions across different disciplines and contexts, for practitioners and families to exchange experiences and ask questions to each other’s on matters related to preventing and resolving cases of missing persons. Almost 1000 members from within and outside the ICRC are already using it.

It provides a unique opportunity for practitioners and families worldwide to connect with each other’s, collaborate, exchange opinions, good practices and words of encouragement around multiple topics such as missing migrants, families' needs, search of missing persons, forensic principles, dignified management of the dead, mechanisms to clarify the fate of missing persons, etc.

The community is upon invitation only, to join please write to: RCRC_CTA_Centre@icrc.org
