In 1989, men came in and took away Ali, Adele’s son, while she was preparing the meal. In the hope of getting him back, she was scammed several times by different people.
Still awaiting to receive news from her son, Adele is now stuck at home without a job and barely surviving due to the soaring prices in Lebanon.
